At BuyBrillant.com, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to our partnership with multiple suppliers, including third-party vendors, our return policy has specific conditions. Please read carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Window
Customers have 5 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
After 5 days, all sales are considered final and no returns will be processed.
2. Eligible Returns
We only accept returns for items that are:
Defective or damaged upon arrival.
Significantly different from the description provided on our website.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Products shipped directly from certain third-party suppliers (as disclosed in our Privacy Policy, Section 3) are not eligible for returns.
This includes, but is not limited to, items fulfilled through Amazon or other marketplace vendors when it was stated that items may arrive in supplier packaging.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, which are clearly stated in our Privacy Policy prior to purchase.
4. Return Process
If your item is eligible for return:
1. Contact info.buybrillant@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos showing the issue.
2. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions.
3. All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
5. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected and approved.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order after your eligible return is processed.
7. Final Sale Items
Clearance items, promotional products, and items marked as Final Sale are not returnable under any circumstances.
